This client’s recruitment process was getting picked apart on Reddit. Instead of ignoring it, they commissioned a suite of films to answer the most common complaints head-on. It meant a creative direction unlike anything they’d made before. I pitched three of the five concepts they greenlit, then ran the edit across the entire suite.

Several of the films are now going for joint awards.

02 National Grid / SAP

National Grid rolled out a new employee success and management programme across the whole company, built on SAP SuccessFactors. Change that size only works if people actually understand what's landing on their desk, so the films had to make a new system feel straightforward rather than imposed. I edited and graded them.

03 Regent College - Restart Stronger

Regent College needed a refresh to bring adult learners through the door. I pitched a concept built entirely on current students: people from very different backgrounds talking honestly about why they went back to learning, what got in the way, and how the college got them through it.

04 Mediorite: Alumni Stories

Mediorite is a video production social enterprise that has helped hundreds of young people from east London build careers in media. That story was only ever told through annual impact reports, pitch decks and word of mouth. I thought it deserved a bigger audience, so I built Alumni Stories: a series putting the alumni themselves front and centre. I pitched it, directed it, and edited every film.
